Rates: Rates: All rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars. Base rates are for 1~2 guests. Extra adults are $30/night, children (under 16) are $15/night, infants (under 1) are free. Tariffs include all services including local phone and broadband internet, full linen, linen service and standard cleaning upon departure.
A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking with the remaining rental payable 21 days prior to commencement of your stay. Payment can be accepted by bank transfer or by credit card at a 2.5% surcharge.
Oxley's Watefront Apartment is ideal for up to 6 guests, but can cater for up to 8 guests. Portacot(s), highchair(s), extra beds etc provided by request. Please note a minimum 6 night stay applies to bookings across the Dec 23 to Jan 4 period, a 4 night stay to the Easter period and a 3 night stay to the Labour & Queen's Weekends. A minimum 2 night stay is appreciated at all other times, however 1 night stays may be accepted with a surcharge.

Great Location and very quiet and very spacious.
There were 7 adults, we did not feel at all cramped.
Well equipped kitchen and very high standard of amenities.
Definitely would stay again.
