The master bedroom, bunkroom, bathroom and living room are on one level and the favourite hideaway twin room (with own toilet) is accessed from outside stairs. All day sun with two decks. Centrally located for trips in the Matakana, Kawau Bay and Tawharanui areas - by land or sea. Two sit-on kayaks are available for your use, with life jackets.

$200 bond and 1/3 of rental cost as deposit payable within 5 days for confirmation of booking. Remaining rental payment due 7 days before rental starts. For summer school holidays full rental payment required six weeks before rental starts.
Cleaning fee will be retained from bond, if necessary.
