Our near-new spacious house features 4 very large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, huge decking which provides harbour & native bush views and parking for your cars & boat.
On the entry level are the kitchen & living areas and 3 bedrooms, with easy access for seniors and child-friendly. This floor has open plan living, a leather lounge suite, heat pump & a dining table for 10. The living flows to the deck through large glass doors, which can roll away into the wall to provide spectacular relaxation areas, with outdoor dining for 8 if you prefer. The kitchen has modern appliances, including a double oven & gas hobs, features a large food preparation area, breakfast bar, and fridge/freezer with ice maker.
Two master bedrooms bookend the living area, each with wide views, deck access, king-sized beds & full en-suites. A 3rd large bedroom is also on this level, with adjoining full bathroom. For older guests, there is no need to leave this level.
Downstairs is a big children's bedroom, with king-single beds and play areas and a 4th bathroom. An additional lounge, away from the bedroom, has an extra tv and stereo.
We provide bed linen and matching towels. Beds and bathrooms can be made up ready for your arrival so your holiday begins immediately.
There are a range of walking destinations from the house and near-by. We are three minutes drive from the boat-ramp at Scott's Point to access the harbour, and less than 10 minutes from Martins or Algies Bay ramps for access to Kawau Bay. It is 7 minutes to Snell's Beach shopping centre, 15 minutes to Warkworth for more extensive shopping and 15 minutes to the attractions of Matakana. There are over 20 beach options within 25 minutes.
