Hi well here is our next foray into short lets with a two bed recently renovated flat(30,000$ spent and everything new yep we cant talk highly enough of the job lily did with the renovations) with two bedrooms polished wood floors the latest appliances and kitchen and best of all My Sky cable movies. This is a great place to stay being so central you would not believe fall out of the viaduct bars and 30 seconds you are back at the flat.
At the moment parking is not provided but there are loads of cbd parking spots to chose from if you need them
Character Apartment - built in the 1930s, near Viaduct Harbour. Known for it's history, character and central location.
The quality spacious apartment offers open plan living, entertainers kitchen, lots of light from the large northern facing windows in all main rooms!
The location is central so you can walk to the CBD-Queen St., Viaduct Harbour, Britomart, Ferry Building, waterfront, Sky City, restaurants & theatre. It's so central, its almost a starting point for any journey. Stay at Gangsa and experience the energy effervescence of the city!!

Can't praise this place enough. Fantastic location - about a 2 minute walk from the Waterfront/restaurants/bars, but in a very quiet street. The apartment is beautiful, a real home away from home with everything you could possibley need... Read more
