Brand new modern beach house on the beach , drive your boat off the lawn and go for a fish ,take the kids to the beach no loading and unloading the car ,just walk out your front door and your there , i have just stayed for 6 days and used the car once ,thats what i call a holiday. This is one of the best pieces of land in mangawhai at the waters edge ,we have built a brand new home with all the comforts of home ,high end spa pool ( to relax and soak in the stunning views ) bar fridge ,icemaking fridge ,50" plasma, sky tv , stereo with IPOD & usb doc, leather lounge suites, bbq entertaining area ( great for days and nights as inclosed ,or sides can come off ) modern kitchen with dish washer and all cooking utensils, top of the line brand name beds for a great night sleep ,2 x bathrooms ,bath . over 100sq metres of decks all with water views , trampoline great for the kids. Brand new fireplace, just installed. Enjoy the warmth and cozyness on a winters day.
