Beautiful, 3 bed, 2 bathroom, 2 living, two story house. Great sea views with a lovely stream running through the boundry of the property (amazing waitbaiting stream in season sept - Nov). Set on 2000sqm of manuicured lawns with beer garden, bbq,out door fire,out door sink, out door fridge and deck over the stream. The section and stream is fully fenced (refer photo with gate down to stream) so it is safe for children to wander freely.For Children we have a proper house size play House (refer photo), it also includes childs buggy and porta cot. The house has a logburner and Heatpump for the winter and we can run the spa for an additional $10 a night. All the section is flat and there is heaps of room to park boats and a caravan if needed. Has been used for weddings.
