Sleeps 11 comfortably with 3 double bedrooms upstairs containing new queen beds and double wardrobes. Two bedrooms downstairs, one containing 2 single beds and the other containing 3 singles. Perfect for adults and teenagers to have there own space. Towels and linen are all supplied for a small fee for laundering, $10.00 per person. Loads of storage, games and books. Separate shower, toilet and vanity upstairs and another downstairs. Gas ensures you never run out of hot water. Lounge and Dining area opens up with full size ranch sliders on to a spacious deck giving fantastic views of the whole bay. Wrap around deck with comfortable modern furniture allows you to lounge in the sun the whole day. Huge outdoor gas bbq for those easy relaxed meal times.

There are a whole range of activities on offer such as fishing & dive charters, bush walks, water holes, boogie boarding, kayaking, swimming and much more summer fun.

There is room for the boat to be parked on site and fish filleting table waiting to be used. The launching sites for boats are a short 2 minute drive down the main road. The bay is very open meaning the boat can be parked right out front.

There is a local shop nearby for the paper, milk and groceries plus a takeaway shop which supplies fresh bread daily in the peak of the season.

Perfect beach house for that winter escape. Lie on the couch listening to the waves crashing against the shore, watching your favorite tv show with freeview while the gas fire keeps you warm and cosy.
A stereo with ipod docking capabilities is also avaliable.
