Fantastic view, but was disappointed with the interior. Very dated with a very strange smell throughout - seemed to be coming from the carpet!

The deck is absolutely brilliant especially when a crowd turns up. Unsurpassed views of the harbour sheltered and not too close to neighbours. We had a great stay, thanks.
