Final price depends on period.(renter pays utilities at that price). Shorter period from $99 p.n. Apply for summer rates, FROM $1500 PER WEEK MIN TWO NIGHTS BUT PREF FOR LONGER.
Availability: Available all year for weeks and some weekends.
MIN NO OF NIGHTS USUALLY 5 BUT SOMETIMES LET FOR 2-3 nights.
Longer term rental is available from late Oct for one, two or three months at a special rate.
