Whiritoa Beach is located approximately halfway between Whangamata and Waihi. It is a low key family orientated beach with great surf casting and surfing. It has a lovely surf beach with a lagoon suitable for the children at one end. There are various walks through bush reserves at both ends of the beach. The beach is patrolled by the local surf club all summer and on long weekends. There is a dairy at the beach, which has most of the basics and does takeaways.
Our bach is a typical kiwi bach, with the toilet/shower and laundry in a separate utility next to the house. There is an extra large deck that can be toddler secure if required. The section is unfenced but private. We are a block back from the beach, surf club and playground and only a short walk from the lagoon.
What's There: Smaller fridge/freezer with an additional fridge in the utility, dishwasher, stove, microwave, most kitchen equipment/plates/cups etc, BBQ, high chair, wringer washing machine, sun umbrellas, radio/CD player, selection of games, lots of books, table tennis table.

There is a minimum charge of $450.
We expect you to leave the bach clean and tidy. If you wish an extra $30 - $40 pays for someone to do the cleaning........
We are looking for someone interested in purchasing a half share of a one year lease, where for a fixed fee you have shared access with us eg. for every alternative week, for one year. We do have someone for this current year (through to Aug 2010), but if you are interested in the 1/2 share lease drop us an email and we will contact you when this lease expires.
