This holiday home is located in a superb location in central Paihia with spectacular sea views overlooking one of Paihia's best swimming beaches, Ti Bay
Only a few minutes walk along the waterfront to the best restaurants in Paihia.
This split-level home contains two bedrooms that are well separated. The second bedroom can be configured as either twin singles or a super king double. Just let us know your preference when you book. There is a large modern kitchen, a spacious comfortable lounge and breathtaking views of the sea or native bush from all areas of the house including the spa bath!
A sun deck surrounds three sides of the house with outdoor furniture. The deck also has a superior BBQ and an electric awning with remote control!
This house is perfect for two couples, or a family of up to five where an extra bed can be made available in the lounge.
Extras include Sky TV (with movie and sport channels!), WiFi broadband, CD and DVD players and a selection of novels, games and puzzles. These will help to make your Bay Of Islands holiday a very memorable one.

I stayed here for 2 nights in Dec 2010. Very well equipped, good location and simply amazing views from the deck. The two kayaks come in very handy and the BBQ is perfect.
