A bush reserve ensures privacy and abundant birdlife. The 1970's polehouse, designed by Nelson architect Ian Jack with colonial cottages in mind, is timber with a high pitched roof and dormer windows.
BBQ on the decks or enjoy the Nelson sunshine and vistas with a glass of Nelson wine. It's cosy & comfortable with a wood burner & usual mod cons (no dishwasher but take in that view across the bay to Nelson as you ply the tea towel).
Three bedrooms cater for 2 couples & 4 children. Famous for its beaches, Kaiteriteri is a place for all seasons, perfect for kayaking, cycling, & tramping.

If you are a bigger group needing additional space, Korora is right near by, sleeping an additional 5. <br><br> NB: There is a no party policy.<br><br>Minimum 3-night stay for groups of 4 people and over - subject to owner's approval.<br><br>House more suited for family groups with children over the age of 5 years. The nightly shoulder rate of $175.00 and off peak rate of $160.00 is based on 2 adults and their children. Any additional adults are subject to an additional charge of $20.00/person/night.
