Extensive Kapiti Island and sea views. A lovely sunny beach house, with good indoor-outdoor flow.
A new kitchen was recently installed. It's complete with double oven, fridge/freezer, microwave,dishwasher, expresso coffee machine plus burr grinder.
3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. In the middle bedroom we have a european bunk (double on the bottom, single on top). The end bedroom has a standard double bed.
Our beach house can accomodate 3 couples perfectly, or parents and up to 5 children. Portacot and highchair supplied.
The house is fully furnished. Bed linen supplied or bring your own. Car port & off street parking
Waikanae beach is very safe. Ideal for young children.
(Please note: The property is not fully fenced, therefore
toddlers need to be supervised while outside).
We have a purpose built pétanque court, with boules supplied.

Owner's reply: Hi Maria. - Thanks for your kind words. We have one or two electric heaters for this purpose, you may have missed them as they are stored in the wardrobes.
Thanks Rocky - we had a fab time in your lovely house - so close to the beach and great views. Especially liked being able to walk along the beach to the Drift Cafe restaurant in the evening as the sun was going down.

Waikanae Beach is one of the best in the lower half of NZ's Nth Is.
3 cafés, general store and hirable tennis court, are all within 3 minutes by car, or an easy walk along the beach.
Golf and Bowling Clubs are less than a 5 minute drive away.
