There are 5 Double beds(3 are fold out couches), 13 Single beds( some are bunks) + 2 fold away small single stretcher beds.(Check www.newplymouth-accommodation.co.nz for bedroom layout/beds etc)
MINIMUM RATE for up to 6 people ( $240 per night) $20 per extra adult, $10 under 16yrs, under 1yr free. MINIMUM STAY is 2 NIGHTS
For bookings of 7 DAYS OR MORE the minimum rate is $199 per night ( 6 people) then $20 per extra adult and $10 per child under 16 yrs.
First bathroom has one bath, one shower and one toilet. Second bathroom has two showers and one toilet. Also a third separate toilet for 'lingerers'. New Rheem continuous hot water supply. Heated towel rails in all bedrooms.
The kitchen is large and modern/ granite bench tops with XL shelving for chilly bins, cartons of food etc.
Families WELCOME.. We've got baby stuff ( bassinette / changing table / portacot / high chair / big toy box ! / children's books etc) Safe gates on the deck to toddlers can't escape!
3 minutes walk to supermarket/ cafe etc.
4 minutes walk to the 'start point' of the beautiful Te Henui Walkway.....which joins our famous coastal walkway.
Who rents our lodge ? Sports teams, contractors, church groups, wedding parties, families etc . Basically...big groups that want to stay in the same place and not have to share facilities with others !
Smoking is OK...but outside please.

The start of the Te Henui Walkway is just down the hill at the bridge. Walk to the Coastal Walkway from there...then either into town or in the other direction...the walkway follows the sea front. Many parks, rivers to swim in ( etc) near by. Five minute drive to the Bowl of Brooklands. ( Fifteen minute walk)Three minute walk to a supermarket and shopping center with a cafe/ bar.
