Located directly across the road from a beach access, this home is a short stroll to the fabulous beachfront , perfect for swimming, sunbathing, surfing, boogey boarding, fishing, and evening Sunset Strolls! Relax on the large north facing sun drenched decks in the evenings sharing a few bevvies and turning the steaks on the BBQ.
The deck is fully fenced for child friendly holiday. there is a resident swing and slide set in residence in the front yard, and a highchair and cot available for families with babies.
Just a short stroll away is a local restaurant, bakery, hairdresser, dairy and takeaway outlets. For those wanting more shopping and cafe culture, Fashion Island is just up the road!. For bad weather days venture to Baywave, a superb indoor heated complex, great for keeping the kids entertained, and indoor shopping at the Bayfair Mall which is just a 5 min Drive away.

“Weekend was great! Loved the house. The deck gets a lot of sun all day + evening which was fantastic and is very handy to the beach + shops! Is very good value for money, thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Will be back one day I’m sure :)”
