Rates: All rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars. Base rates are for 1~2 guests except the May 1 ~ Sep 30 period where the rate is applicable to up to 4 guests. Extra adults are $30/night, children (under 16) are $15/night, infants (under 3) are free.
Tariffs include all services including local phone and broadband internet, full platinum quality linen and towels, linen service and standard cleaning upon departure.
A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking with the remaining rental payable 21 days prior to commencement of the stay. Payment can be accepted by bank transfer or by credit card at a 2.5% surcharge.
Waikawa Views is ideal for up to 8 guests. Portacot(s), highchair(s), toys, extra beds etc provided by request.
Please note a minimum 6 night stay applies to bookings across the Dec 23 to Jan 8 period, a 4 night stay applies to the Easter period and a 3 night stay to the Labour & Queen's Birthday Weekends. Rates for the Easter, Labour & Queen's Birthday Weekends increase by one step. A minimum 2 night stay is appreciated at all other times.
