### Our Check Out Time is 12 NOON, so you can relax a bit on your last morning on holiday. You don't have to rush out the door by 10am like most holiday accommodation!
Located on the lower slopes of Conical Hill & only a 5 minute walk into the township and thermal pools & spa.
From the Villa you will enjoy great views over the township & the Hanmer Basin. You will enjoy a truly peaceful alpine experience.
There are three bedrooms, a large open-plan living area, & decking with spectacular views. In the evening watch the sun set in the west as the township lights-up.
This holiday house is privately owned & managed.
The house is very comfortable. All beds are in good condition so you can get a restful night’s sleep. The house is well set up to provide a comfortable stay for up to eight guests. A gas barbecue is available for your use.

PEAK times = All NZ school holidays, Waitangi, Easter, ANZAC, Queens Birthday, Labour, Canty Show weekends.
WEEKENDS - minimum 2 nite booking please e.g. Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun.
PEAK TIMES/LONG WEEKENDS - minimum 3 nite booking. XMAS SCHOOL HOLIDAYS - minimum 4 nite booking.
$75 refundable bond required for all bookings.
Availability: SMOKING outside the house only. Sorry, pets no longer allowed due to people failing to clean up after their pets. Not a party house! Minimum 2 nite stay.
